    Why did Hitler try to get rid of the Jews during the war?

    Why waste an enormous amount of money, fuel and extra guards to kill 6 million jews during a time where they needed all that energy to win a war? Couldnt they just win the war and then exterminate the jews in their own time. Was Hitler really this stupid?
