    how to setup a remote desktop client from my home laptop to my mom's office computer?

    hi, she's having some technical issues since she is new to computers and doesnt wanna keep bothering colleagues to help out. so it would be nice if i could see her desktop and move her mouse to help solve her issues. can someone guide me on how i can do this? thanks.

    Laptop Screen changes color - becomes bolder - scary!! WHY? :-o?
