    It's all culturally defined. What makes men "manly" varies based on culture. In our god-awful culture today, it seems banging random chicks and getting drunk are seen as "manly."

    What are some good exercises....?

    to do for a good core/abs. Now that the weathers getting warmer I want to get out more and get in shape. What are some good exercises to get good ab/core strength. Ofcourse crunches/situps are a good way to go, but is there anything else I can do with them(preferably not on anytype of machine)
