If I'm trying to purchase an album and I have a song or two that is already in the album, will those songs be taken off the total or will I still be charged with them even though I already have them?

I think it might just be mine. It takes a long time to load YouTube videos, a long time to load images, and is overall slow. I tried re-downloading it. I deleted Chrome and tried to download it again. But the download took almost half an hour and at the end, a message said, "There was an error...

Whenever I save an image, which I do often, the download bar shows up at the bottom. Then when I right click, I try to go to "Open In Folder", but when I do it doesn't open up at all. Is this a problem with Chrome or my computer?
