some store's are breaking overall policy and opening early and other bullshit. best way (unless you're impatient) is to go to an att store and order one. the wait is getting bad though. it's gone from 3-5 days to 7-10, and now could be up to 3-4 weeks.

What about the call quality with the iphone? I cant seem to find any reviews on the N97 from the last few months. Every review seems to be from June when there was not much support for the phone in terms of applications and 3rd party stuff.
