    Because she's in a bowl. She probably either can't breathe or is being poisoned by her ammonia. If you love her, go out as SOON as possible (tomorrow) and buy a 10 gallon tank with filter and air pump. In the mean time, empty all the water out and put new dechlorinated water in.

    No, you can't. If there were to be even a tiny leak, then all your fish would die before you found it, you should pick one or the other
