I can't even put anything into my mouth or I feel like I will gag on it. I don't feel sick really but I do have anxiety/panic attacks. Could this feeling be caused from that?

Ok, if someone were to say '(brooding) eyes' as in 'His (brooding) eyes were so intense' how else could you say it? And the definition for this use? I feel kinda stupid because I looked up the word but still couldn't figure out the context. >.>

More specifically, this type : When they make one sound instead of multiple ones. Kind of like. "Hm." but they are smiling and it was almost a laugh. Sorry for the really bad example, bu do you know what I mean? Also, what other kinds of laughter are there?
