    How can I get a book in English about the history of Islam?

    I wanna give it to my christian friend who I'm trying to convert to Islam. Is there a book that talks about how Islam started and also explains why we do the Salat, the Zakat, the Ramadan, the Hajj, and why we only believe in Allah? Thanks again brothers and sisters :-)
