Personally I think the evidence overwhelming shows the government didn't orchestrate the attacks, but wants to keep evidence from the public so they don't see the incompetencies that it had to allow the attacks to take place, and allow Bin Laden to evade capture...

The C6 is a phone, though available in Europe, is largely meant for emerging markets. That's where it'll sell most.

That's like asking "what's better, PC or Mac?" Depends a lot on what you like and what you want to do with it. Either platform has its strong sides, nothing is perfect. iOS is arguably more refined and fluid and has better app support, Android is more customizable and their app store is not...
