I think the film was delayed due to its distributors, The Weinstein Company's, ongoing troubles. As for the BK toys, I think those kinds of promotions are planned way in advanced, and the release date can't be changed no matter what happens to the movie the toys relate to.

This is good news now only if we could get a massive "end of universe" compilation of all the Sam and Max comics I definetly want the DVD, and shall purchase it the day it comes out

I think that is the one that most DuckTales fans remember Gladstone Gander from...and it's one of my personal favorites from the series. It's hard to see Gladstone as a sympathetic character, but the writers sure tried. Although with lines like "Now I'll have to get a JOB like normal people!"...

How many time has it been done? From what I remember this is the second time I've seen it done and I usually find it very funny when it is done. Meg's "WHHHAAAAAAA!?" sounded so weird (in a good way) :p.
