    How to cook for the family with diabetics and growing kids?

    How to cook for a family of 6 members with the concern of having a 63 yr old with diabetics, and 3 growing kids? i know going low carb for the diabetics is the way, but there are another 3 growing kids to care for. Anyone has any ideas? Thanks
