    What bike would be suitable for me?

    I bought an Apollo CX10S 'towns and trail' bike a couple of months ago and it's now fit for the bin... it's much slower than when I first got it - the wheels are warped and it's generally poor in performance now! What bike would be suitable for me, I cycle about an hour a day on pavements...

    I am choosing between two "town and trails" bikes? Apollo CX10: Steel frame at £117 and the Apollo CX10S: Alluminium Frame at £179.99 which one is better and is Apollo any good? they're from Halfords and will be ready built. thanks for any advice :)
