I am hosting an art event for some friends and family, and I want to purchase a lot of paper that would be good for marker and pen use without paying $7 per book of a half inch-thick of glossy pages.Would photo-copy glossed printer paper suffice for coloring with markers and pens?

As in, will I need a top-of-the-line computer to even play it or can I run it in mediocrity with a less-than-best computer?
