I am 14 and I am about to go to eighth grade rec. I need a dress that is not to expensive but is still nice. Most girls usually wear dance-like dresses. I have checked deb, and that is a possibility. JCPENNY, Dillards, even sears. I can't seem to find a reasonably priced cute dress. Any suggestions?
