I think the mobjab server has been down for two days. I switch my server to packetbox and I can log right in.

I wouldn't doubt that Samsung would also attempt to provide good customer service, but the 2 Samsung devices we've had in my family were real crap. Neither made it past 6 months without numerous problems. Granted they were not top of the line..but I've had 4 Nokia devices in all price ranges...
