I buy bulk product and do have a sales tax certificate, i don't pay taxes for the products i buy from louisiana, and i get it shipped to texas. Do i have to charge sales tax or no? I started a business a few months ago and didn't know i had to pay taxes. So i never collected sales tax. So now...
