    Can I reclaim a dormant, weed infested old flower bed (garden) with black plastic bags?

    I bought a house last fall and on the south side there is an old bed that was clearly left dormant for a long time. I want to reclaim part of it to grow veggies and turn the rest back into lawn.     i have a computer with windows xp, when i hook up the internet cable,lan,

    the internet just flashes on and off? just connects and disconnects over and over. I shut off the firewall? The same cable works fine on my other laptop? Hummmmm? Thanks.

    Is it rude to use the V-chip in my TV to block the Lifetime Channel on my TV?

    I do it because my girlfriend comes over and watches those ridiculous movies. I told her I don't like them and it's my TV and my house. Or am I being a bad host?
