They consider something proof of design if they personally cannot see how simpler forms of a biological structure could have been useful to an organism. Since they cannot see it, then they assume it could not have existed. It's the classic "argument from ignorance" fallacy.

I've been a fan of the flat tax for a LONG time. It's a lot more difficult for people to dodge a consumption (sales) tax, it's a lot less complex. The IRS is way out of control, too.

You would have to call Sprint, Helio and Verizon. Each will have made their own arrangements. There is no "website" you can go to for this kind of information.
