Loosen it in the direction of normal operation, eg. (if it turns clockwise with engine running, then undo clockwise)

Fill it with soil and plant vegetables in it, (make it useful)

don't be fooled, it happens here as well, it's just our police are more 'on the ball'..

you must first determine whether you have supply to the switch (using a test lamp or meter) if not then trace wiring back, checking as you go, if you have, turn switch to each position and check for supply to it, (you may have blown all the bulbs, (due to overcharging..very rare)
