    HID kit for Jeep Patriot.?

    Here is my question, do i need a capacitor in addition to ballasts for my HID kit installed in my Jeep Patriot 2010, or just the ballast with HID bulbs will do the job. Please let me know. It says nothing, depends on the vehicle, so does a jeep will need a relay or not.
