    What cities maintain the "Dukes of Hazard" lifestyle? where everyone knows each...

    ...other and seems welcoming? I am looking for the "small town" feel, back country, where neighbors actually care for each other and look out for each others well being... where the pace of life is slower and relaxed... any cities/location particulars would e helpful thanks
