when i connect my brothers phone ( same type of phone too) his is detected I have turned my blue tooth off and have put my settings like his but none of it is working Any help?

yes you can use the same charging thing. You can register a new mic. I don't remember where you go on the XMB menu but it'll work out email me if you have any questions
