    Computer wont load up... Or anything?

    I was on my computer a while ago when it started to freeze up and just decided to hold down the power button to turn it off and just start it back up again. I didn't think it would do anything since ive done it hundreds of times. When i turned it on it would just sit at "Starting Windows"...
