my phone was taken or lost and i have no way to use a phone to call it in to suspend it from being used by another person. how can i do it from the internet - i dont even have two quarters right now to call from a payphone and its the middle of the night so people are not around plz help

it randomly loses spark then dies ... when it dies it wont start up again unless you turn the key all the way back to reset everything. every once in a while it backfires loudly. but i dunno if that has anythign to do with it. just want to know what would make it stop getting spark and why...
