i bought 6 new Duracell batteries and put them in, the controller shows that the batteries are half full,,

my samsung digital camera when i want power on it it fails to start with bip bip sound . i charged the battery full but it does not work . Camera details: SL202

it fell out the sky, softly. but i has a serious injury in it left eye.. its looks blind for the left eye. it lets me touch it, its not really aggressive. i gave it some parakeet food and water and it made it through the night. but it hasn't made any recovery.... still very weak and hurt. NEED...
