    Yes any cloth should be ok as long as it has been dampened.

    I would say about 5 - 7 minutes but it is best just to keep an eye on it, and make sure the heat is not up too high. It is best to grill it if you can as grilling is more healthy.

    You would lay the kebabs straight onto the rack.
