    I have been exercising 5days/wk for 3 wks now.I lost 5 lbs in 2 wks but in 3rd

    gained 2lbs why? I have increased the intensity of my workout and also increased my water intake.This is so frustrating to see your scale goes up suddenly by 2lbs when you are actually working out harder.My eating also not changed at all from the previous wks
