Why is my Verizon internet so slow all of the sudden? It used to be like 1mb + speed but now its like only 30 kb. How to fix?

Like where can I get a Sidekick but its not real. Like those sidekicks you see in the store but they don't work but you can flip it? I just want to flip a sidekick
