yes you can, but its very difficult to do unless you have a police report. if this ever happens again, you should call the police and it will be regarded as a hit-and-run. then insurance will take over- pocketsex

Why is the parents income considered for a child's financial aid?
no matter her age, the parents are always considered as a 'back-up' i don't agree with it, but its the way it works... a way of getting around it is emancipation.- pocketsex
