i am going to get my wisdom teeth removed but have a stuffy nose. will they give me the shot instead then? does it hurt getting during the procedure? how long does the procedure take? im really nervous about this, i hate dentists.

if not, what desktop or laptop would be sufficient to do so? (not including alienware computers)
