    Can you use MSN/Email with a prepaid LG rumour2 on Bell?

    I bought an LG rumour 2 prepaid but my carrier is Bell. When I try to go MSN,I get an error message. How can I use or can I even use with bell. Also what should be my next phone? Thanks in advance.
