Why shouldn't teenagers younger than eighteen not be tried as adults under serious circumstances? i need examples, and proof.

i had the same problem. what i realized after four years, was i could never bring myself to love this person. if my feelings kept changing, then obvisously there wasnt something there that i was looking for. my advice, find someone that your feelings DONT change at all. and its not a everyday...
