hello i always been n and off on the treadmill recently ive been doing a lot of running and fast jogging yesterday i increased the speed and when i walk up today the back of my both legs hut when i walk and when i touch it its hard the muscle when can i exercise again?
i noticed the more that i exercise the earlier my period comes also when i drink alot of water and cranberry juice and when i eat healthy but i noticed if i was very stressed and ate alot of junk food the period doesnt come early why is that?
In interviews I have seen of her, she seems to be pretty dumb and ignorant. She is one person who proves that looks aren't everything. I hope she at least gave you a decent tip.
