well i consume like 1000 calories every day maybe a litttle less and im 14 and weigh 138 pounds and im 5ft 5 i burn about 350 calories in the gym plus i work out at home doing exercises they show on tv for 20 minutes so about how many calories do i burn while working out at home and at the gym
well when i walk it feels like a slight pain but when i try to jog it feels worse it doesnt hurt as bad as being stabbed or shot lol eheehe but still is it normal could this be because i havent drank milk for a while
