I woke up around 3pm, lol, and I ate:
A bowl of cereal.
Directly afterward I had 2 little party roll things with 1 thing of string cheese.
Couple hours later I had Shake n Bake chicken with green beans and corn.
For dessert I had icecream.
2 Twizzlers (lol)
Now some watermelon.
I am not on...
For a couple days I've been taking a B12 supplement that you put under the tongue and it dissolves. I wanted to know when I should notice me having more energy.
I am also not deficient but I want more energy. I'm also not anemic.
