I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. You can use Netbeans to build a website. There are tools that will allow you to make a website incorporated with Java, Javascript, CSS, etc.

There are other things you can do with a degree like that, but they are all going to have a lot of math. My astronomy program required me to take calc 3, differential equations 1 & 2, and a few others.

Probably a lot. But then you would also be 1/3 the way to death too.
