Yeah, it's called the Don't slack off at work proxy. It's the proxy that fires you when they find out what you have been doing.

To answer your question directly as you have asked it, HTML comes first. CSS is used for giving the HTML some formatting. But usually you would learn both at the same time, not one then the other.

Make sure you can still find them on your hard drive, then try re-adding them to WMP (or to iTunes ;)).
