    How messed up is it to scrape against another car when pulling out of a

    parking space and not leave a note? my friend just told me they did that, and just drove away without leaving a note or anything. is that messed up or what? i hope something bad happens to them so they can see how that feels.

    Betta fish keeps staring at me?

    I put my betta fish in a tank on my desk and whenever I am on the computer, he just comes to the edge of the tank and faces me directly, just staring. He just sits stationary and stares all day. When I put my face next to the tank, he backs up slightly. Is this normal?
