    Can I use a TMOBILE phone across seas? If yes, then how?

    I have a blackberry, and I'm going to Europe this summer. I have a sim card, and I do not want to pay that much money to use tmobile oversees. Do you know if I can get a sim card there and use their cellphone coverage there? I'm going to The Czech Republic BTW.
