i hit some snow and a piece of my front bumper cracked off, im going to a couple body shops tomorrow for a price for a new bumper and to paint it white like the car but just wanted to know if anyone had a ballpark estimate on what i should be charged

Last night I was driving in the rain and I took a left turn going to fast and when i turned the wheel to go left the car just went straight and I hit a curb after which the steering is all messed up and everytime I turn the wheel to the left it makes a screeching sound like the tire is rubbing...

...care extended warranty cover it? also how do I go about getting the service done who do I have to call
