Some Times when I come to a Stop at a Light and take my foot off the Gas and apply brake the Truck stalls/ cuts Off. And It Will Not run if it at a 1/4 of fuel. I know the gas hand does Work.

I wanna do something diff with my 1990 caprice classic 4 dr sedan. I would like to cut the top from the top of the front windshield to the bottom of the back window and I would like to know what are the pro's an con's of chopping my top off. Or what problem will i run into

It only starts if I hold the Gas padle down to the floor, an it shakes an hesitates as if it gonna cut off after its been started. Could this be the fuel pump.
