I've already been admitted, but my acceptance can still be revoked. Before when I checked, it said I need at least a C in AP/Honors classes my senior year of high school. Does that specifically mean a C grade, or does that also include a C-, since UCs count the + or - grade as a flat letter grade?

I'm starting up a business selling hair accessories online from my own website. Do I need to also apply for a business license (can you explain exactly what that entitles)? Do I have to charge tax on purchases from my website?
