    Jews: is that possible for a foreigner to get through the due teshuvah process in the

    US? I'm currently living in the US and I see that local rabbis perform conversions on american soil. Well, in my home country, I'm supposed to spend an entire year in Israel in order to become Jewish. Well, as I am now in America, do you guys think I might be a prospective convert? Thank you all.
