on the virginmobileusa website.. how much is the"TOTAL" price of the new

Does anyone have the Samsung Intercept by Virgin Mobile?
Its the newest virgin mobilephone powered by Android. im confused... i called radioshack and target today and they both sell the phone for $249.99. I went on www.virginmobileusa.com website today and they had the $249.99 price slashed and had the price of $174.99???? has any of yall ordered any...
