    How did the people of ancient civilizations know to use yeast to make certain breads?

    They did not have sophisticated lab equipment as we do to know the yeast was safe. Where did that first yeast come from? How did they know so much?

    My bunny doesn't eat much hay even though he gets it daily. Should that concern me?

    If my bunny does not eat hay will that cause an illness? I already made a vet appointment.
