you could be low on brake fluid or have a more serious problem,the brake reservoir is located on the power boaster under the hood left hand side.however for your safety sake take your car and have a brake inspection done.good luck

just pop it open with a knife or blade and replace the battery.

you can use the rubber or cork gasket the trick is not to over tight the bolts or it will damage the cover and gasket causing it to leak.

open the distributor and dry it with a hair dryer.

i would purchase a new line and replace it.
