I have the Nokia 5230 and when i click "WEB" it says "packet data: packet data connection not available" "Web: unable to perform operation" Help me!?

Here's what i do. Menu - Internet - Web - Facebook Then it says "Connection needed: connect to 'WAP services' via 'O2 WAP GPRS'? so i click Yes, then it says "Packet Data: Packet data connection not available" "Web:Unable to perform operation" Any help on how to get on it? Thanks in advance
