I need to lose at least 10 kg in the next 6 weeks. I need help. Any exercise plans that will help me? I can exercise as long as I want (I have plenty of time so that isn't an issue). PLEASE DON'T send me a link to a website that makes you sign up or pay for stuff! I just want real advice...
I am 5 foot 3. I weigh 47 kg (how much is that in pounds?) and would like to weigh at least 40 kg. I am a vegeterian and sometimes eat a bit too much unhealthy stuff. Could anyone suggest a diet plan that would work for me? Also, I am open to all ranges of exercise ideas.
Our school is doing a fete kinda thing where students get into groups and create one or two products. My group is making gingerbread and worry dolls (not to be mistaken for voodoo dolls) and we desperately are in need of a name. Any suggestions?
