i dropped him from like 3 or 4 feet onto carpet he landed on his belly hes only like 2 inches long it was a toootaalll accident is he gonna be okay? he can still walk & swim fine... i checked him after i dropped him, but is he gonna be okay?

I run track too, except I run the 100 meter. The best things you can do is to run on the balls of your feet, have long, quick strides, and never look back to see what place you're in!
