Hello I tried playing my video and it wouldn't play,anyone can help with that? Also when I go to my music or marketplace it loads then go back to my homescreen,anyone can help with that too?

I have a HTC hd7,I am having trouble getting apps. When I click install it say "can't get this undo right now check back in a little while" I checked the next day same thing any help please!
